Urmi is a multi-faceted coach and creator who has helped over 9,000 people become more whole in their psyches and kinetic in their bodies. An MBA turned dancer turned fitness trainer, she created the award-winning training philosophy of Kinetic Living in 2012.
At the peak of her celebrity fitness career, Urmi chose to move closer to nature and founded KshaLa in 2022, where she has led 18+ retreats across Bali, Andamans, Kashmir, and Kerala. With certifications in six disciplines, she blends movement, breathwork, and energy coaching into powerful, holistic practices.
